Here is the highlight of an item that I made this week other than the "Weekly Cookie"

I had another Recipe Exchange session so the theme was appetizers. So I made this asparagus salsa...

It was also soup week at work so I made creamy chicken and orzo soup that actually is more like a stew. My co-workers commented that it would be good with biscuits.

I also made this for my program (Roasted Carrot Dip) and I thought it tasted awful. I hate carrots, but there was an excess amount of carrots in the house.
